Vehicle information and availability

Listings help you explore vehicles and contact the dealership. Stock, prices, mileage, specifications and photographs can change. Please confirm the current details, total price and any additional charges with C4 Cars before making a decision. Tell us about an error so we can investigate and correct it. A website enquiry does not reserve a vehicle or complete a purchase.

Purchases and reservations

Any sale, reservation, deposit, delivery, warranty or after-sales arrangement must be agreed separately with the dealership in the applicable transaction documents. The website does not accept payment. Verify payment instructions directly with the dealership using its published contact details before transferring funds.

Finance information

Finance content and calculators provide general guidance. Calculator rates are assumptions; estimates exclude fees and insurance and are not lender quotations. Finance is subject to the lender’s affordability and credit assessment, eligibility criteria and final terms. No deposit amount, rate or approval is guaranteed by using this site.

The finance form starts an enquiry for dealer review. It does not perform a credit check or send an application directly to a bank. The team will arrange any lender application and required authorisation separately. Confirm the lender’s current document requirements before providing documents.

Enquiries, accounts and uploads

Provide accurate information and submit only information and files you are entitled to share. Do not upload malware, unlawful material, other people’s documents without authority, passwords, PINs or card security codes. Keep your account credentials private and report suspected misuse promptly. Finance enquiries should be made by adults aged 18 or older, or by an authorised representative of a business.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and your choices. Consent to follow up on an enquiry does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. WhatsApp buttons open an external chat with a prepared message; you can edit it and decide whether to send it. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable use and website content

Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, impersonate others or submit automated spam. You may share vehicle links and use the provided sharing tools for their intended purpose. Other reuse of website branding, text or photographs may require permission from the relevant rights holder.

Your rights

Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law, including applicable consumer protection rights. Separate purchase and finance agreements remain subject to those rights. These terms do not create a blanket exclusion of the dealership’s legal responsibilities.

Questions and changes

Contact C4 Cars about a website issue, listing discrepancy or complaint. South African law applies, subject to any mandatory rights you have. Updated website terms will be posted here with a new effective date; changes do not retrospectively alter an existing signed transaction.
